LED Tail lights

Thanks for the repy, guess I should have read the thread better. I thought the taillight had an LED in it for the backup light. I'll have to look into ordering the LED bulbs.



It looked to me that the plug would only go into the socket one way. I'll try it again.

It's the wires from the tail lights to the plug that you need to turn over and plug in.

I also ordered the tail lights and headlights from ebay. Looking forward to getting them soon. I was not able to locate the LED 3rd brake light though.

Can somebody point me in the right direction on this please.

I sell the RECON All LED 3rd brake ligth it has the led brake and the led cargo lights... Being my 05 is mineral grey I have the smoked lense on my truck and it completly blends in with the paint almost a perfect match.

I got a Item number from e-bay. Is that the same as the tracking number? I've already paid and have the receipt from pal pal and ebay.

I'll get the pictures taken and get them to you. I just converted my headlights and turn signals. The turn signals are a round yellow set of LED's which are 190 degree LED's. Bob Robertson converted my stock headlights in my 97 to HID projector headlights. Talk about totally awesome. Now I can see what is out there when its dark. As soon as I get some pictures I'll try to post them. Will try today after work today.

Do you folks with these LED tail lights think that hideaway strobe lights could be installed?



I'd like to get a set of these for Dad (from Santa), but he has hideaway strobes in his tail lights and I don't think he'd be keen on ditching them.

The LED tail lights that I sell do not have enough room for the hide-away strobes not sure about the others but they are pretty compact cases... Maybe you can get him some LED strobes to go with the led taillights

have, had strobes in my old tailights. The new led tailights don't look like there is enough room in there to put them. I have whelen push in strobes, you have to drill a 3/4 or 1'' hole and i don't think there is enough room in the new ones.
