Left headlight out

new bulb installed and both high and low beam do not function on the left side. Dash does show light out.
2003 ram 3500. Any advise appreciated.

Have you taken the bulb back out and reseated it? That would be the first thing I would try. If it's a new bulb I would suspect a faulty connection somewhere.

Continuity of bulb checked, appears to be a wiring issue

Check the connector itself. If that is OK, time to start looking at the PDC (power distribution center). Very common issue.
