69roadrunner, I was parked right in front of your coach at the 2008 show. Had the keystone sprinter 5th wheel.

That's cool. You folks seemed like you had a good time. I had my 2 and 4 year olds with me, so it was hectic.

I hope my generator didn't bug you. It's pretty quiet. I ran it until we went to bed.

I'll have a Genturi this year.

Hopefully my pic makes it through . Probably one of the smallest trailers pulled . However makes for really easy cross country trips with good fuel economy

No, your generator didn't bother us at all, other than make me jealous. lol You could of ran it around the clock. Yeah, we had a great time and we'll be there this year as well, probably about the same spot. I did notice your little ones and they didn't seem to be fully into the show as you did. Did you notice Carlisle Events opened pre-registration a few months earlier than they normally do?

I already have the Road Runner registered and purchased 2 camping spots.

The kids were 2 and 4, so no, they aren't in to car shows as much. 2008 was a lot better than 2007. I could send them to the motorhome with my wife to cool off and watch a movie or have my daughter take a nap.

It's hot out, and car shows don't interest most kids that age.

We're going to try it again, although I'm going to the Mopar Nats without the family. There's nothing for them to do at the Nats. They have a kids area at Carlisle.

You can barely see my rig in this picture. I was pulling this modular home - the RAM made it across the bridge just fine, when the modular home hit the middle of the bridge, it gave way. The modular home only had two axles and I thought... ... ...

Ouch

Wow, after a mess like that I am surprised you can afford a computer. I can't imagine the cost behind getting that thing over to one of the sides, and then to repair the bridge, fines etc..... that so sucks!

My thoughts exactly

I think there is a clause in my auto insurance policy about towing houses over bridges. If there wasn't I bet there is now. :-laf

Well thats waht happens when you push it with the front bumper:-laf:-laf:-laf:p

Maybe you can sell them on the riverfront property idea? I think you did them a favor, garage and front door might be hard to use, but you can't have it all.

Maybe you can leave the entire mess "as-is" and sell it as a covered bridge now and maybe even eek a small profit out of it... :-laf
