ZION National Park -

Michigan

On the way home at Camp 18 restaurant on HWY 26 between Portland and Cannon Beach.

Its a family tradition to stop at this restaurant (log lodge) for lunch on the way home from our beach camping trips.

It used to be a working logging camp and now its a restaurant with all of the old logging equipment to see and appreciate.

LRutigliano asked,
PHP:
Is that Woodhead Park??

Yes it is. Idaho Power does a fantastic job maintaining the park. One of the cleanest and best I've found anywhere.

I knew it!! those pics looked very familiar. I have a couple in my photo gallery that look exactly the same...

We love that park. We used to go there every August with a whole caravan of friends before kids... Our kids are now 6 and 3, so we have high hopes to go this year, but I'll drag the 5er and my wife will drag the boat with the Durango. Its about a 7hr drive from Portland and the farthest we have double drove is about 2 hrs...

Best regards,

Louis

69roadrunner, I was parked right in front of your coach at the 2008 show. Had the keystone sprinter 5th wheel.
