Does anyone have an opinion on the width?

My opinion is that the tires will stick out too much with those wheels, but I don't like tires that stick out way past the fenders. It's all in what you like.

I appreciate your opinion. I don't want to go overboard but I don't mind a little flare as long as there is still some wheel under the truck. In this case, there's not much difference on the inside. I verified the offset on the factory wheels. It is 12mm. That means the new wheels would sit 2. 2 inches further out than stock. That's about where the tires on the stock rims sit now. I can put some Bushwacker fenders flares on to offset the wheels. I'd like to see some pictures of trucks set up with wider rims from the front or back to get a look at profile.

I'm running the third gen steel wheels, got a bargain on some take-offs. You can see my setup on page 93 of the new TDR. RandyOo. Oo.
