Have you simply looked at bigger tires? 2wd drive due to the IFS do not have as much to give as the 4wd with 2 solid axles

I've seen 2wd with 265/75-16's and they stand a bit taller. The ones I know that have them on trucks say they greatly improve the ride over the factory 245's.

How about going to a set of 19. 5" wheels and tires?

I might have what you're looking for installed on my truck. I am also running 265/75's. Don't let anyone BS you, they WILL rub in turns when the suspension sways a bit. I have over 10K miles on this setup though and no issues at all. The rub is very slight and only on hard turns.

Now as for the lift... ... ... NONE of the major suspension vendors make a kit for the 2wd dodge. And body lift kits, while they might fit, look stupid (IMO) and will mess up the air intake ports. I was able to get about 2" by using an off the shelf spring made by Fab Tec. There is enough travel in the arms and shocks to allow for this and coupled with the RS9000's it GREATly improved handling. It evened the truck out a bit. I also had custom spring paks built for the rear. Raised it an inch or so, but I can but about 3K back there and it still sits pretty level. Not sure where you're located, I can give you the name of the shop where I had it done or email me if you need more info.
