I just finished, took me about 50 minutes start to finish (15 of it was spent on the ground looking for the Banjo Washwer i dropped).
Anyhow, just wanted thank all the TDR members who helped me with Part numbers, installation instructions, tips, and general support. I even got a ton of emails with scanned copies of the service manual.
Everything went smooth. I ordered the pump from Cummins yesterday at 5:30pm and it arrived today at 10:30AM! via Fed Ex with a big Cummins "Engine down shipment" label.
It included the Pump and the 4 replacement Banjo Washers.
The hardest part was getting my huge hands into that small area. I had to use a step ladder and lean over the master cylinder. If you have skinny arms and small hands, it will be a breeze.
I now have 14psi at Idle and 9 at WOT. I am sure relieved. I am installing the pusher pump this weekend.
Thank you all again, i really appreciate all the help.
