Hooked up my mechanical VDO fuel pressure gauge today.
Problem.
When first started, have 10psi few seconds later, 2psi at idle. Idle is always 2psi
less than 0 psi (suction) when driving. . always. engine stop and restart always results in a few seconds of 10psi.
I was wondering why my EGTs were 450 to 650 pre turbo. I'm only 650 at 70mph (3. 54 gears).
yet the truck is quite nimble with Superchips on medium. Mechanic just last week remarked on how well it ran.
I never do full throttle, mostly just part throttle, and really do baby it. alwasy use a cetain boost 6pts and lubricant.

I'll be mounting it in front of tank..... wish i already had the pump.
