Yes.
M8 x 1. 25 x 55mm with nylon locking nuts (13mm) and lock washers.
In an effort to make this thread more search friendly (I repeat myself in different ways):

Stud Size = M8 1. 25 x 55mm
Stud Length = M8 1. 25 x 55mm
I used an M8 (8mm) Hardened Automotive Stud with a 1. 25mm pitch that was 55mm long. (M8 1. 25 x 55mm). The stud is threaded at both ends with a small area in the center that is not threaded. The dimensions were just right. If that area in the center were any longer then I most likely would have not been able to adequately tighten the nuts.
I used Permatex #2 to seal the gaskets and the stud threads.
By the way, the cheap *** Chinese Lift Pumps come with crappy gaskets that don't hug the bolt threads. The Dodge factory gaskets look like they are plastic sandwiching a layer of metal. Huge difference in gasket quality.
I used nylon lock hardened nuts, along with a lock washer just for backup. The nuts take a 13mm wrench.
It is so much easier to install the studs, and then stack the gaskets and pump parts.
I went to Kragen and Pepboys and both looked at me like I had horns on my head asking for a generic stud. They both wanted part numbers. Kragen has been taken over by another large parts store chain, and they are eliminating loose nuts and bolts. Gotta have a part number. GRRRRR. Napa probably has the parts. And I know of some independent auto parts stores that probably have them also.
So, while at work in downtown San Francisco, I made my way to Fox Hardware (An ACE Hardware Store), and in their many boxes of nuts and bolts I found they carried Metric Automotive Hardened Studs. and they were about $2 each. This is an old fashioned hardware store that even carries Starrett Tools.
I hope this is helpful and easy to find with the Search tool.
