2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Lights out

I was driving along this morning with my headlights on when all of a sudden my low beams went out, so I turned the switch off and on a few times and that did not work so I flipped on the high beams and they worked and I went back to low beams and they suddenly appeared again. I have just installed silverstars and they have about 4hrs on the bulbs. Any thoughts about what is going on?

Sounds like either the switch or the relay.

There is no relay.
