Currently, short of growing a 3rd foot, or using a stick, or leaning forward to pull the parking break, while applying friction to the cluch and holding the throttle open. Has anyone ever figured out a way to build boost with a clutch?
I have the ConFE, I hear this is bad idea. Building 20psi will likely render the ConFE useless after a few launches. But, what about 2 or 4psi? better then 0
But lets not limit this question to single disks, more so you crazy duoble disk guys draging your trucks down the 1/4 mile.
Now, I figure this can be down effectly one or 2 ways. Line lock on the read breaks, or an easier to control "release" for the parking break. I searched for a hour and found nothing, then again TDR's searching isn't very google in quality.
Anyone pondering such a setup? I would love to explore the parking break secondary release option. But to advoide re-inventing the wheel, has anyone else done this?
But the one thing I can think off here is that staging at the light it woudl be difficult to stage the second light, set the break, built boost and launch. tha'ts allot of crap to do if your second to stage. , line lock would be a little faster.
