Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Line torque/retorque: When?

Bought my 01 about a year ago, previous owner did o-rings & studs- he said at that point that I "didn't need to worry about it any time soon" ... .



When do I need to do it?



It is still a single and only sees 20psi on a regular basis, I've put about 30,000miles on it.

Should be fine, the only time I'll retorque if after some serious abuse or experiment gone bad.
