Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Lines from power steering pump to booster

I want to use a pump to remove the fluid from my power steering pump and system. I noticed a few posts on this method. Looking at the booster which line should I attach the pump to ? One line is attached to the side and the other is attached to the top.

Any input appreciated on this subject.
