Need Help With Vacuum Line Routing on My 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 CTD. Fire Damage from Electrical Short.

What is the Routing/Connection for this Vacuum Line?

Photos from 2nd Gen Diesel Would Help.

Right Now I Only Have Defrost in Climate Control. No A/C Activation.

Auto Shop, Diesel Shop, and Dealer are No Help.

That may be the vacuum supply line from the vacuum pump. Start from the vacuum pump and follow the lines up to the muli-port vacuum connector at the top of the firewall cowling. Also, if you have an automatic transmission there will be a separate vacuum line to the cruise control vacuum motor.

The only vacuum operated controls are the HVAC system (a single line from the above-mentioned manifold), a line to the vacuum valve on the transfer case (for the CAD on the front axle), and a line for the cruise control for automatic transmissions.
