Would like to hear from anyone that has the Lite Rider Tonneau Cover which is available from Geno's Garage. Easy to install? Easy to roll-up? Does it stay in place when rolled up while towing your fifth wheel? Does it flap when in place (covering the bed)? How heavey duty is it (supported by velcro and aluminum rails and aluminum slats in the cover itself). Can it used with a 5th wheel tailgate?

I have always had a Pace-Edwards tonneau cover... . the garage roll-up style into a box at the front of the bed, which I like... . but am considering this one for its price and the abcense of the box at the front of the bed.

Thanks - Terry

I have had one of these for a couple of years now. It was easy to install and works well. When you roll it up there is a strap to secure it in that position. Then when you extend it just make sure you go around the edge and push the velcro together and it does not flap. I have found it a very useful cover and like the fact that the braces roll up with the cover.

I have the Lite Rider Cover. I am very happy with it. I didn't install it myself (install included from dealer), but watched them put it in and it was a piece of cake install. It rolls up easily and has straps with clips to hold it in place while rolled up, this works well. It is stretched somewhat tightly when covering the bed and doesn't flap around. It's not tight like a drum so it will move around a little bit as the wind swirls around behind the cab. The aluminum rails are plenty strong enough, well engineered. Yes, it can be used with a 5th wheel tailgate, the cover latches shut to the side rails not the tailgate. Overall I am very pleased with the cover especially for the price.

Thanks guys, you have helped make my decision. Geno's usually only carries decent high quality stuff, but it's nice to hear from those who own and use the product.

It's by far the best tonneau I've ever had - I love it. You can roll it up or down in about 30 seconds. There's two straps to keep it rolled up. There's adjustment knobs at the front that allow you to adjust the tightness of the cover for summer or winter (although I actually didn't have to change mine at all the winter/summer cycle). I simply wouldn't even consider buying any other and I've owned several over the years.
