Going too easy on my truck?

I have a '95 standard cab that is just not cutting it anymore. someone I know is selling this



2003 SLT Ram 2500, 48k miles

KBB shows it a bit lower but with these additions is this truck worth the price? This Truck is almost exactly what i'm looking for.

With the add on's if it's set up the way you want it, that's a good price. If you still have to customize it to do what oyu need then it's an average deal. Keep in mind you can buy the same truck new for ~$31000 depending on options.
