When I turned into my gravel driveway, I noticed the inside wheel tearing up the gravel like the LSD is engaged. Is this normal or a problem that I need to address with some sort of Maintenance.

Normal, the clutch type LSD's will always slide the tire on surfaces that don't provide solid traction. Thweight is always to the outside on a turn so it slides the inside tire. Does it on dusty pavement too.
