Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Mag hytech diff. cover?

How many quarts of fluid are you guy's using to fill , with a dana 70 rear?

Should be something to the tune of about 6 quarts. It depends on how much drained out of the axels when you changed it. Fill it and check the dipstick on the Hytek. You'll likly need to top off after driving around a few miles.

Cant help with how many qts, but when you do the swap over to the Mag cover, pull the oem cover and get all the fluid you can and then use your floor jack 1 wheel at a time and raise the axle housing up a couple inches, you will be surprised how much more oil you get out of it.
