HELP!!!! problems with my 6.7!

Does anyone have a link or list of the recommended maintenance tasks to be done on the 6. 7L trucks?

I'm just past 30k on my 2009 4x4 2500 6. 7L. I have zero options for a dealer in my area whom I would trust to work on my truck. I'd like to do the remainder of the 30k maintenance myself, as well as be prepared for all the upcoming major services in the future.

I'd hate to go buy the service manuals, at the cost of several hundred dollars, to get something this simple. :)

Thanks,

Tim

I follow the owners manual, and use Amsoil as my fluid of choice... Amsoil web site has type of fluid and quanities needed for services. After 335k on my truck, it's been worth every cent...

I've got the owner's manual information already written down, I was just looking for any other factory recommended services that aren't in there. I know the owners manual usually doesn't tell you to do things like grease wheel bearings in intervals, etc (or at least, I missed it if it did).

Thanks for the info guys, I'll just stick to this and keep it going. :)

I can't speak for newer models, but the 03 - 05 models are lube for life on wheel bearings and steering components. The services in the manual are pretty much what you can do; the rest is wear-it-out-and-replace stuff. Myself, I yern for the old days when I could grease and take care of. :-{}
