there are usually "convoys" from all directions to events like this.

just hold on a bit and they will be posted here as it gets closer to may 1st.

Wow. Is it that time of year again already?

I'm going to try and make it. I'm really looking forward to it, so I hope i can fit it in. As of right now it looks like i'll be there.

I don't think this would be Neal's fault. The TS Performance is a division 3 race, but it happens to have some decent money to win. MIR is the Division 1 race, but there is no money involved. I think those that are going to run at TS Performance, are doing it for the chance to run with some of the big dogs, and maybe even win some cash. Us Division 1 guys will just miss out on any points that we may have gotten if going to MIR. Right now, my plans are to race in Kentucky, not at MIR.

Exactly... two different divisions... no mix up in the scheduling.

This just confirms the fact that a lot of Division 1 guys will be going to KY, which was my original concern. Means there won't be a full compliment at MIR.

Looking for a Challenge,is anybody up to it

I'm definitely going to be there, trying to hold on to my trophy. C,mon guys lets do it for our division. Lets show Division 3 we can run just as fast as they can, and our motivation is PURE UNADULTERATED PRIDE,we all know what the power of PRIDE is. Hey Ted I get the feeling you're avoiding me,you've whoopt me before,I'd like the chance to return the favor. Merv

As much as I'd like to go to the TS event, I'll be directing the MIR race instead.

Yep, they're both divisional races. Div 1 members who go to MIR will have a good leg up, points-wise.

As Merv said, let's show Div 3 that we can race, too!

I'm still going to be there,BUT

I might not have my truck ready in time,I was dialing her in tonight and broke the output shaft on my last launch. If I can get a shaft, and install it in time I'll be there,If not I'll be a willing and ready pit crew for any one that needs help. Merv

Merv,

That really stinks. Did you not have Opie's Billet Output shaft already? I am heading to MASS DIESEL PERF. in a few weeks for a complete DTT race transmission. I was on the fence about the Billet Output but decided last week to do it while I was getting the new transmission.

Jeff

Merv,

You and I will meet again soon enough. Sucks to hear about your transmission though.

I am not knocking Div 1 or anything by going to the Div 3 race, but there is money to be won at the TS performance race, thats the only reason I am going. Trust me, I would much rather drive 10 minutes to MIR, than 12 hours to Kentucky.

Ted

Thats a long tow home Ted

Jeff,no I didn't have Opies shaft, come Monday I'll be searching for one. I'd had Bill build this transmission when I thought I was going to be happy with 500hp. boy was I nieve. Merv
