8,000 eh? I might be able to make it. It will be close, but I might just make it. Pull out the spare tire, and have the fuel tank empty, and less than 1/2 tank in the main, I might make it. Of course, a little bit of exercise on my part might help too, but I don't see that happening soon.

As far as the other pulls, you just tell me when and i will be there mabey with 2 trucks. Dont forget about the pull MAY 22nd in buffalo. We need pullers, i got this class started and i need to fallow through with some smokers. Come on guys me and josh will help fix it if you break stuff. come guys josh is gonna rebuild his transmission then beat on it (what else is new) but 300' wont hurt that bad.

transmission is back together... . didn't even make it home before I started running it hard. 7200 with me in it... . that could be tough. I need to find a scale... truck has to be 7000 or under..... eek... .

Josh, at our pull the 8000 pound class is with you in the truck. I have a scale, but that would mean you would have to drive over towards Osceola to the gravel pit to weigh ya.

Best one to pull at is New Germany. Half hour west of Minnetonka on hwy7. Track is black dirt. So its a little more forgiving.

Bar acrros the road too!

Quite a variety of vehicles.

Stock pickups gas or diesel.

super stock 4x4 (loud as heck)

super farm

Some what stock semi trucks. K series Cummins 1150 c. i. d. kicks azz.

I will be there.

Many of the local pullers will put on a pull with out scheduleing through the ntpa. But it is through the ntpa.

Pulling begins around Late June into Late August.

I'll let Josh know as soon as I get a more local schedule.

Amianthus, say since you are going to help (race is more like it) getting these injectors in would you like too also put in a set of banjo bolts in my truck? Pretty please? I got the ones from Genos, the ones with the 5/16 hole in them, ya know I am kind of a big guy, hate to twist the heads off putting them in... ... ... ... ... ... . lol.

You the man!!!!!!!!!!!! With my big ole hands I was looking at them today, tight spaces. Really I don't think they are that bad to do, but since we are dumping fuel I figured do it all at the same time. I even washed the motor for ya... ... ..... lol.

BIG hint. If you want engine work done at a work party this is greatly appreciated. There were some greasy monsters at the KDP party last summer.

Well guys, I don't know if I am going to be able to make it. I just ran into some MAJOR problems this weekend.

Not only did my lift pump blow every seal it had less than one week after I installed it, but my backup unit is dead to boot. And to top that off, the tone wheel on my crankshaft has come loose (or off) and the truck won't run. So if I can make it up this weekend, it my be in my company car (or my neighbor's 12 valve).

I will have to let you guys know if I can make it later, as the week progresses. I may have to spend some quality time with my truck removing the engine (or at least jockeying it around) so that I can repair the tone wheel and survey the damage inside.

Sorry, but I might not be able to make it.
