I have reserved 6 spots at Arizona Charlies for Wednesday thru Sunday and I have one spot left if anyone needs a place to stay. I hear the campground is booked so I figured I would offer my last spot to the first person who speaks up. I will post as soon as it is taken. I have this up on the Northwest Bombers also so there may be a chance of it being taken off that site. You will have to pay for all 5 days weather you use them or not.

When are you getting there?

Where are you traveling from?

The spot is yours :D

PM a phone number or e-mail so I can get in touch with you please.

Thanks for messing up my vacation. Tried to get a reservation at Arizona Charlies. From April 20th thru May 7th. Everything was fine except for the May Madness dates no room. Claimed they were booked up. I really wanted to attend May Madness, Not willing to stay at two different places.

Know how to do it next year. I will reserve numerous places next year to ensure a place and then offer them up when I can not fill them with my friends.

Arizona Charlies is the real looser, as they had numerous vacancies until May Madness.

Joe Donnelly take note. Hoss is not the only one who has done this.

They (Arizona Charlie's on Boulder Highway) have hotel rooms still. Sam's Town (800-897-8696) is very close and probably has RV spaces.

I sent an email to AzC to see if they could shake loose some more RV spaces.

Be assured I will keep an eye on the situation. We may have to make other arrangements for 2006. Las Vegas is subject to filling up space for various reasons. I warned you guys to reserve your spaces early.

A meet in Albuquerque during the balloon festival would be nice too, but all the hotel and RV parks fill up fast. Thinking that a place will just "know" that you want a reservation less than 2 months before. . . well, it ain't happenin'

If someone else booked extra spaces, get on here and 'fess up so others can go too!

Last year, I attended a popular race that was quite congested. To my surprise, I was the purchaser of the last ticket. When I got into the pits, I couldn't find any parking places; lo, and behold, Hoss was there taking up two of the spots. I had to go back out by the fence and park my rig, and start off on a three mile walk to get back to the pits. I lost so much weight from that walk in the hot sun; I looked like Karen Carpenter. I think if someone's going to finish off the milk, they should at least take the container out of the fridge. And you can take that to the bank... :p

Just to set the record straight I had all six spaces I reserved spoken for before I called and made reservations. One of the people I had reserved a spot for had to cancel but still said he would pay for his spot. I chose to offer the spot here so someone who might not have a spot could go. I guess I should have just kept it to myself for a little extra breathing room around camp rather try to help someone who might want a campsite. I am real sorry if my trying to help others messed up your vacation Mr. Headlight

Hey Hoss you can let Headlight have the space you saved for me, I was kinda looking forward to taking the 5er over and hanging out but I live in Vegas and I think it would be better served for a out of town member.

Pretty harsh statment before knowing the facts, reminds me of the PDR thread on this site as well, people are getting there panties in wade before knowing the facts.

I reserved a space in Jan but still don't know if I am going to make it.

Thanks for offering it up Hoss, better yet thanks for reserving the six spots early so that somebody not associated with maymadness didn't get it :D

Headlight, lesson learned, try to book earlier next year :D

I believe May Madness 2005 has been advertised since right after May Madness 2004, Hoss i don't think you need to apologize for anything, in fact i agree with BBD thanks for offering up the space, if it wasn't so far of a drive for me and i had leave i'd be down there with you guys, i need to dyno again anyways ;) I can't imagine someplace in Las Vegas getting fully booked during the summer, especially an RV park.

Darn, the longest running, biggest show in the TDR, and this guy didn't read the magazine announcements (oops)!

We do EVERYTHING there, and some of the things are even legal

It is on the 4th through 7th of guess which month--don't laugh, folks have asked!

Join 200 other Rams and play in Las Vegas Oo.

I listed some of the activities and talks in another thread. Cummins will talk on new products, engineering of the current product. Fleetguard, Holset, and Jake divisions also will talk. Aftermarket companies will talk on brakes, turbos, trannies, etc. As of right now, we have dynoing, drag racing, and truck rodeo planned. Etc, etc.
