I am trying to get in touch with any upper management with MICROSOFT here in the USA via phone. Prefer someone in customer service but ANY will do. ANY. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Because of a 20 plus hour on the phone incident and that it CAN be done. That is to get in touch by phone to a AMERICAN upper management with Microsoft.

Lots of luck with that. The Windoze admins spent in excess of 60 hours on the horn with M$ several months back on a task that is specifically documented as possible, yet M$ was unable to make work.
