Any Ram guys in SE Florida?

Good Dodge Mechanic in N. Alabama?

Well actually--I took all the teeth on the chainsaw down to . 275-290" this morning with a 30 degree angle and 5 degrees up and medium hook.

Then I lost the dog and spent the next 3 hours traversing the rough country up behind the shop here. Finally found him hung up under several sheets of tin--hunting dog he is.

I do need to roll some ammo for this here . 44 lever gun I just got back together... :D (imagine a blacked out toof there)

Awwww comeon, no comments on my chosen saw chain specs? Well, I'd go more aggressive if I was only doing soft or green wood, but I'm mostly cutting seasoned locust and sassafras.

SO if your KIDS are looking for a party tonight, we're having a gathering of goblins out on the ridge. Call if'n you'd like to know more. 615 563 6930 shop or 615 542 1957 my cell. Basically a bonfire with all the kids and costumes our girls could round up. It's about 8 miles south of Woodbury--back where we're going to build a house.

OR if you have a kid who'd like to "juvenile hunt" in the morning--same place.

Scott if you happen across this give me a call tomorrow need to discuss CB relocation with you. Or if anyone has Scotts cell # please give me a call.

Andy congrats on the new truck. I just bought a 88 Nissan Sentra for $50 from a friend. $70 a week is getting a bit excessive.

Welp..... I'm a home owner. Spent the last two days changing locks & adding dead bolts, pull wall paper, and getting ready to paint. Just inside of 3 weeks before the funer... ... ... I'm mean wedding. :-laf

Chain Saw Sharpening & Paper Punching

Wade, some basic pointers on the saw.

On the top of the bar, point the teeth away from your arms and legs. Don't worry you will get your chance to get cut when they come back on the bottom.

If 40:1 is good, then why not 20:1 and take care of next years skeeter crop while you try to cut and breathe. Or add some #2 to ATF and some used Rosemella, and make your own W. P. recipe 2 stroke burning fluid, you know, kinda like Willie and his BioDsl!

Really, I thought you would have one of those electric ones with the self sharpening button.

On the 44, don't know much about them pistol class calibers in shoulder fire. Went to our local 200 YD range yesterday, prone, slinged up, 200YD NRA bullseye, 94 5X on a patched up low contrast paper with my AR15 . 223 iron sights.

Congratulations Mark! I can't wait to drip oil in your driveway! :)

Gary you can shoot 200yds with iron sights? I'm so scope spoiled, I doubt I could hit something at 50ft with iron sights.

No pics of the truck yet. I spent about 15 hours cleaning and polishing it Saturday. It was way dark when I got done, so no pics then. I'm so excited and proud of it, I've been too busy driving the tires off it to stop and take a picture. :)

I've got some before pictures, but no afters yet. Don't wanna post the before's, cause then when you see the afters, you'll swear it's not the same truck.

Scott (Big Papa) and Anthony (acook) both stopped by the house and checked her out. Both gave their seal of approval.

I got some spare parts laying around too if anybody wants some free stuff. Chrome Fender trim, and a lund bug shield with eyelashes. I'll also have a K&N drop in if anybody wants that... leme get my BHAF first though.

Mark, Congrats on the new home. Cell # is 615-218-8590. Give me a call.

Andy, great new ride! I didn't get to see it "before" but it sure looks great now and he wasn't even through with it.

Iron Sights

Andy, spent lots of fun at Memphis (yes, TN, I lived in Bartlett TN) Sport Shooting Association. Qualified at NRA "Cross the Course" 200, 300 and 600 yards and Highpower 600 only competitions. Both shot out to 600 yds with Iron Sights, using AR15, M1, and even 1903 (2-300) and 1903A3 (2-300) 30-06. It was a real challange, I miss it.

Took a pic tonight when I got home. It was nearly dark (pic looks daylight) so it's a little blurry/grainy. Had to set the camera ISO speed to 1600 to get a pic to come out halfway decent... . blah blah. . well, here she is:

Andy nice truck bud! Looks real sharp! If I actually had some paint left on mine I'd pay you to shine mine up that nice! :-laf

That thing is screaming for a set of either OEM Alloys (call Jay Sykes ;) ) or a set of aftermarket rims and tires! :D

Nice Driveway

Andy, truck looks good, congrats. I haven't seen an exposed aggregate driveway since we left Bartlett TN, must be some kinda Vols thing or something.
