Thanks Got Smoke, Hey I have a friend of mine we put a #3 plate in his truck, whats the deal on forward,centered,or back, what does this do for the motor??????? I put it in over the other one as it was centered we did not alter from ctock position. one guy on the 12v said to move it full forward, as well as adjust the star wheel full forward. Any other tricks or hints is appreciated.

Centered is usually the STOCK position. Full forward (towards the front of the truck) is generally a 40RWHP increase, back from center is a decrease in power.



Can't really tell you much about the AFC. I have my rackstop out for maximum pre-boost fuel (i. e. SMOKE!) so my AFC is basically "gutted". But it is basically the same as the plate clicking it forwards (towards the front of the truck) will add pre-boost fuel in small amounts, clicking it away from the front decreases it.

thanks, we moved the plate forward and the wheel, gonna check his govenor spring lever, we think his convertor is slipping as it will run alittle better if you dont get all the way up in it, you can tell.

Man that XCX crap drives me nuts. I've almost quit reading posts in the 3rd gen section, just b/c it's littered with his whiny rambling banter. He got kicked off the DTR. I think others have begged for the same from Robin.

It's not because he is young. It's because he is a spoiled rotten little biatch that has had enerything handed to him all his life. He is incapable of making a decision on his own because he has ever had to. The rest of us have had to work for our stuff and have lived, made mistakes, and learned. Experience is the best teacher. Anyway, as you can tell, I can not a fan of the XCX whiny little *******. Rant mode off.



Hate I missed the Michigan City Smoke-Fest. Got distracted by alot of beer and womens.



Ended up putting a new LP on this past weekend. The old one was not acting right to me. So, the old one is the spare pump now.

I don't see anything in our round-table about Muncie. I sure hope some of you guys are going to make it to the greatest show of the year! Vendors, dynos, truck pulling, drag racing, beer drinking, lying, donuts in parking lots, did I say beer drinking and lying. Thunder in Muncie will be June 5 and 6. If you've not been, this is in my opinion the most attended show West of the Mississippi. Several guys from Lebanon will be leaving on Friday the 4th. If anyone is interested in joining the caravan just post in here!
