Any Ram guys in SE Florida?

Good Dodge Mechanic in N. Alabama?

Got a couple of chances to work on my project the last few days. I got the wiring harness out(took about 3 hours!) and then removed the hood and finally set the firewall off this afternoon . Finally got this thing stripped down so that we can start getting the motor built up. Heres some pics. Oh yeah, noticed that the exhaust manifold is cracked. I think I heard that is pretty common. Look like I need to add $400 to the budget for a new ATS or similar manifold.

Anybody know if we have anybody that got hit Tuesday night? I KNOW we've got somebody here from Lafayette, I just can't think of who. Mark's from up that way, too. Hans and a couple of others from west TN. If anyone knows how to get in touch with them, report back to us on their condition. Maybe we can help if they need it.

We dodged the bullet again. The tornadoe passed by less than a mile from us. That makes 3 that have missed us really close in the last 23 years. Randy. Oh, i think we are going to try and make your meeting at CCD on the 23rd.

The tornado's missed us in the boro. I spent the day volunteering for a Wounded Warrior out near Fairview. Helping a family that was not so lucky! The house is expected to be condemned. They have 7 acres that barely have a tree standing. Detached garage that is missing. Branches through the upstairs bathtub. He was blinded by a blast in Iraq!! He has a wife and two young daughters and needs all the help he can get. The insurance company does not pay for tree removal or cleanup. I urge anyone with saw, or the ability to drag limps to donate some time for cleanup and removal. If anyone needs wood they are welcome to it. I cut a 30 inch plus Oak today. Didn't have the heart to cut it for Fire wood. Contact me for more info.

Maybe some of the fellas can step up and help out. I've already taken all the time off from work I can until spring so I'm not much help.

I talked to Mark (GotSmoke?) last night. I was thinking about Ashley (AHire) from Lafayette. Mark said he was OK with no damage. Mark's cousin Dilbert had everything blown away but their house. That includes a tobacco barn, 3 sheds, lots of trees, and a garage. Some debris also broke out one of his rear window panels in his truck.

If anyone knows of another member or a friend that had damage and needs help like Stephen's friend, let us know. Maybe someone can help out.

Yes we got that oil running through his injectors now instead of on the ground:-laf It should be even more crazy since last time we worked on it we found out the fuse was blown to the box that ran the second cp3 pump;) I had some new toys for my truck to but they wont be installed in time for this meet. I cant wait for the meet this weekend. I can already see meacham now cigarette hanging out of one side of his mouth and cuss words coming out the other side, fun times:-laf:-laf:-laf

Just my luck

I havn't had to work a Saturday in over a year. I was put on notice today that "all office staff must work Saturday". That blows. For free on top of that, this salary crap stinks. Will stop by on my way home. Boss is hoping we will be done around 2-3 pm. Save some food and door prizes for the late comers.

I thought my server was snagging the messages from here--so I worked on that, needs more work I suppose.

I NEED A GRILL! Just found out that the 2000 sport grill ain't the same as a 1998 sport grill--after they painted it! SO I have a nice fresh red 2000 sport grill for sale/trade to a 94-98 sport grill any color.

That's the only thing left on repairing the Red one.

Hay, anybody local running an electric fan, or have recommendations on one?

I'm looking at a huge selection. Body shop mucked up the hub on the manual and I've been wanting to go 'lective for some time.

Yeah, I'll go searching. ;)

I talked with a guy on another site (where search function works) and he said he really liked his electric fans, but it was a DD only and never towed anything. I also found where some guys had some fancy graphs that showed how much more air the factory fan moves than the electric when towing and under hard pulls. I was studying this for my project truck, where I am going to have to ditch the factory set up to move my rad. and intercooler closer to the motor.

Joe,

You met Bobby from our office this weekend at P&E, he stuck his head in my office door and said sombody from Dickson TN says Hey!

Nice to have friends in all the strangest places.

Sorry, I could not make this past weekends event, but I at least put Bean's in pencil on my calendar.

My fleet is all running really well, espically my son's 12V.

Filled up today. $107. 71. Diesel was $0. 60 more than unleaded. Anyone got a good Donkey that would carry my big o butt to Nashville and back everyday?

I have been driving with the cruise set on 65 for the last two days to see if it would make a difference. Let you know in a week after this tank is gone. The scary part about running 65 though is all the other idots almost running over you, especially them big o trucks.

Anyone else trying anything to save fuel and is anything working?

Anthony
