Any Ram guys in SE Florida?

Good Dodge Mechanic in N. Alabama?

Hans, you sneaky devil. Congratulations! You are a smart man, getting a wife and a bike at the same time. If you'd have waited even a few months on the bike it probably would have been painful... ... ;)

I'm still here, but just went to a third shift job this week. I don't think i was cut out for the vampire lifestile. Working all night and sleeping all day is way strange. Randy

TN brothers. quick question? i'm out of town but normally live in the clarksville/ft campbell area, well the ole 94 trans is out ( 5 speed) may need a good shop to have it hauled too. any ideas?

the stupid effing "auto notifier" thing always craps out on me!

so then i'll check in every day for two weeks, get bored with it and wait for auto-notice.

howdy yall.

Well, with the lack of wide-spread interest here and my necessary diversions into my second (first) career. I don't need to hold this "position" any longer.

I know times are hard on a bunch of folks, tough here too. But my way of making things better is 100% to do with bicycles and all the fraternization that goes on with that. I'm on Facebook and spend most of my online time there and on cycling forums. But mostly, I've not been able to change my oil w/o saving up for a few weeks to do it.

The good news is that I'm getting my bike shop wired up so I can make some money and maybe get the green truck rolling again--gotta have something to drive after the red one rusts away.

Bean is still killing it. I thought about taking a job with him. But the bike thing is going to work out... in a minute or a two.

The only reason I still have a subscription/posting privileges is that Robin comps the "president" of local chapters. Somebody take that and do something with it. I'm in no position to "chase the smoke" any more.

Hey, is anybody besides me going to the Goodguys show in Bowling Green this weekend? If so, look me up, i'll probably be in the GTX. Randy

I'm baaaaack!! Wow, there are still posts on this same page about me getting married 3 years ago. Anyone left in middle TN?

I'm still in Hohenwald and have the same truck. Doing some farming now so I've taken more of an interest in the truck. Ordered some power steering parts from Geno's and got a complimentary membership so here I am.

Just bought a '37 Dodge ton and a half yesterday that will probably get resto-modded over the next few years, preferably with Cummins power but still have a lot of measuring and figuring to do. Hope to hear from some of the old crew.

Looks like Scott is still active here so maybe he'll notice this thread. Other thoughts and things I'm doing:

Currently looking for a wrecked, with good frame, late model 12 valve (dually) for the '37 project. I may end up trying to put that cab on a modern frame if it won't be too much of a headache. But then, what do I have? Another Dodge 3500 but with a tiny cab. Confusing right now. Maybe I'll keep the original frame and stick a 4BT in there but I really want disc brakes on the front so I can safely get some enjoyment out of this truck.

Have started towing tractors and whatnot pretty regularly so I'm making the move to a twins setup. The 66 bullet is just too laggy on the bottom end with 20k in tow. Hoping I can keep the Mach 5 injectors because there doesn't seem to be much of a market anymore. How things have changed! Also going with the BD exhaust manifold and a Fluidamper.

So when did everyone die off? Is Wade still peddling bicycles? (No pun intended) Does Joe still have his shop in Dickson? Anthony? Mark Harris? Haven't seen Meacham in years but probably more recently than the rest of the old gang. I saw Steve from Murfresboro in Hooters back last year but didn't have enough sense to get his number.

Been a LONG time since hearing from you HeavyHauler. Hope the married life and farming is treating you good. Looks like this year will be a great year for corn and beans with so much rain that has been spread out over the Spring and temps are staying nice and cool.

Good to hear from you. I'm still here with the same old second gen. Scott is still lurking around and answering questions. Joe still has his shop in Dickson and can be found at a pull track on the weekends in the summer. Mecham still has the shop in Lebanon. Mark is still around and selling Amsoil on the side. Not sure about others.

This used to be the most active group in TDR, but has faded away the last few years. We need to wake it up and have a meeting. Any takers?

Lets take a roll call and see who is left and if any new people have moved in the area.

Anthony

There is some life here! Good to hear from you guys. I'd be happy to host if enough folks feel like coming down south. Let's kick it around and contact some of the old crew.

Well, hello there Hans! Welcome back.

I'm still around, just older, fatter, and balder. The ones who've responded are probably about all that's left. Joe's still here just doesn't post much. I don't think Mark's still here. He's active on CompD. Rattler's still around. I saw Wade at Bean's year before last I think and I see Meacham when I go to Lebanon occasionally.

Still have the P'up? My '95 got totaled out sitting in my driveway. I bought a '98 24V with no motor and put the 12V out of the old girl in it. TS Performance's annual pull and drag races is next weekend. I imagine Anthony, Joe, Mark, and maybe even Meacham and Rattler will be there if you'd like to come up.
