Any Ram guys in SE Florida?

Good Dodge Mechanic in N. Alabama?

Found a piece of 8x8 today, but it was . 25 wall--a tad heavy. Around 60-64 inches should be long enough.

Congrats to all the pullers and to Meacham for his big finish. I will be there next year. Heck I barely made the local pull last weekend.

I'll keep the tig in mind.

Wade I'm gonna call back about that 4x6 tomorrow, I bet he has plenty for both of us to get 6ft.

I picked up a 409 Stainless exhaust system from DPP for $399 at the show. Going to put it on this week. Next item will be injectors or clutch, whichever I can find the best deal on.

Now that's a deal  When are you going to put it on? I will help if you want. I did mine by myself but a extra hand on the other end would have been nice.

Anybody want a Di-Pricol 0-30 Fuel Pressure Gauge and a braided stainless line with the fittings? I can't get the line oriented where it will stop vibrating. It's driving me to drink, so it's gotta go.

No plasma cutter. It's on the list.

Andy, I've never had a lick of trouble from my electric setup. (Westach, bought used. )

Hey, what was Meacham's low ET?

No probs with the gauge, it works like a champ. The braided line keeps rubbing on something metal in the eng compartment, and trasmitting that vibration to the gauge... where it rattles my brain. I'm tired of fooling with it, and prob don't even need it. . My wife keeps complaining about my running fuel into the cab... So I'm gonna sell it/trade it for a Trans Temp gauge and sender...

BTW, anybody want a Beretta 686 O/U? Nice Stainless Briley Inserts in 12, 20, and 28...

Andy's Gauge and Stainless

I'll by the stainless back from you. I might by the gauge too, just to check fuel pressures with on suspecting trucks. Worked on one 2 days ago. . Guy said it's been stumbling, Psi at idle was 6... suck it down to nothing with a load... How much was the briar hopper gauge and whats the range? Might just by one of those... it's hard to find a gauge that reads where we need it for fuel pressure.

Where we pulling next? Aint' pulling in Jackson I heard. Are they pulling in milan nick or have ya heard. It wasn't on the Hillsled.com site last time i looked. I think we'll probably come to Ivy Bluff, maybe nick and mike won't show and we'll win some money! :) What was the scoop with the money at muncie nick. I been following your post and could't really tell... . Give me a call sometime we'll catch up.

I doubt you'll be able to find one now Gap, Tom Meers went out of business.

Also Nick posted a whole list of pulls one or two pages back. Pretty sure its just one. ;)

gap, supposedly jim is supposed to have 3 hooks for us over the next 2 weekends after jackson. we finally got some rules and stuff to him. so all should be well before long. not going to be able to make ivy bluff. so go win the money. stanford on the 8th of july. to many miles makes nick cranky and tired. look back a page for more pulls. Michigan city again on the 25th of september. smae rules just one street class instead of 2. should have a few more open trucks there this time if what i am hearing is right. later ya'll, nick

ahh, the payout thing. just keep reading. i will holla at you soon, gap.

Mark,

I have a Miller Spectrum plasma cutter that can run off 110/220 volts and cuts up to 1/4" steel. If you need a larger unit, I could get my hands on one of our demo or rental units. I can have use of any of our equipment free of charge as long as it is on a weekend, it just has to be back at the shop by Monday morning.

When did Tom fold up? Hate to hear that.

My Hopper gauge is loaned out... reads 0-30 I think.

But that 8x8x1/4 would add some pulling weight!:D

Let me check another source or two on the metal Mark.

 SWEET! Just what I was needing. Called back today and the guy said it was 3/16" and not 1/4" like I was told the day before. I'm planning right now on picking up my metal on Monday. I will need some time to mock it up, and have some others look it over as well. As soon as I believe it's ready I will give you a call to burn some holes, and we can hopefully hook up on a Saturday since I don't work Saturdays. Oo.

Mark,

The small plasma cutter is mine so if you need it other than Saturday, that is ok. In fact, it is at my parents house in Castalian Springs. It will cut 1/4" all day long. I ordered a circle cutting guide from Miller today, so I should have it Tuesday.
