Tell you what. I'm going to e-mail it to everyone who wrote their e-mail address on the sheet. It's in an excel spreadsheet, but I will just send it as a text file (unless you tell me you want it in excel). IF you do not receive the contact list, and wish to have a copy, send me your info... I will then add you to the list, and redistribute an updated copy. Also, if you want to change or add info, send that to me as well... I'll change it, and re-distribute.

Yeah no probs hooking up on the way. Where at? I want to stop @ the Flying J @ the Franklin KY Exit (I-65 Exit 2) and get fuel before we leave so maybe we could meet there? Just an idea, however I'm open to any other suggestions. Meacham?



10AM may be pushing it. I attend Vol State Comm College on the far side of Gallatin, G/F's is 5 minutes away but getting her and her STUFF into the truck is another deal :-laf, then its a 20 minute drive to my cousin Dilberts in Castalion Springs, from there it would be roughly 30-45 minutes to the Franklin Flying J.



Yes RADIO's a must... ... . I sold my Uniden Grant XL that was BOMBed to the hilt, but I still have my Cobra 25! Oo.



We will have to plan more along the way, hell we still have 4 months! :{

Meacham what do you think about the Flying J @ I-65 Exit #2? Their diesel has been hovering around $1. 80 for the past few months.

For those going to diesel thunder with our convoy, I have a handheld cb that someone could use if they do not have a radio. It does not reach far, but we will all be like ducks in a row anyway... .

I have a Wilson 1000 Magnent Mount antenna that I would be willing to loan out for the trip to someone like Jay that I know doesn't have a CB. However I have no extra radio anymore so you would have to find one on your own.

As for Meacham's beast... . if he keeps the '05 I'm sensing a gooseneck hitch is in it's future and the White Beast goes "Trailer Queen!" :-{} :-laf



At least that would allow him to go ALL OUT! On the drag strip WHICH I'M STAYING TO WATCH THIS YEAR! Oo.

BTW, I have an extra radio if someone wants to use it. It's a Radio Shack, but it works... No antenna though.



I've also got a Cobra Classic 25 that I'm trying to mount up in mine... Just haven't figured out the placement, antenna mount, etc. I've never had a CB before, and am not quite sure what to do with it... ?? I figured I'd get a stake-hole mount with a quick disconnect antenna mount, and a firestik firefly 4ft antenna... How much are those Radio Mounts that go in front of the middle seat? Where do you get them?

I talked to Dennis at TS Performance yesterday. They are having an open house on May 6th. Includes free lunch, and free dyno (portable unit). He said the entire group is MORE than welcome to crash the party if we want.



It's at Beach Bend in KY (near Bowling Green). There will be Drag Racing at the strip there this year, and he hopes to have a pulling track built there for next year's bash.



I'm definately gonna hit it... can't pass up free food and free dyno. I vote making this our next meeting. It'd also be a good place to show off some new SHIRTS!

I have a trailer that could go if needed. Its a 22' tag rated at 12000lbs. I also have a gooseneck in my truck if Meacham wants to trailer his white beast I would be honored to tow it up and back. Just an offer...

I really appreciate the offer. The white beast is definitely turning into a trailor queen. I just installed some 17x10 micky thompsons with 285x60x17 Pirelli Scorpions for the strip. I bet they are 20 to 30 lbs lighter than the stock wheels and tires. I'm also looking at Mach 7's, HP innercooler, front locker, lowering kit(about 3"), and serious diet for me and the truck. I want to beat the 11. 89 quarter mile that is the best I've heard.
