I really think the TC is just too tight. Kinda had a feeling it was going to be. It goes from idle to flooding... guess we gonna have to pull it. Who's got the time... It pulls the engine down about 300 rpms at idle Under idle power, it'll shift up into overdrive, all by herself and if you just blip the throttle, it'll braid you crack hairs. The turbo just won't light. Gonna have to change to TC.

Stock plate wouldn't even light it. Thinking try to raise the idle up on it. Got some 370's too. Also got some EDMs, but they are bigger than what we got in it. Maybe the EDMs can clean it up enough to light it... . who knows... really do not want to pull Converter out, but prolly no other choice.

a lil shot of propane or nitrous will light that dude. just have to wait and see about sept 10. i've got a lot of work to do in between now and mid oct to get my spot prepared for my shop. tired of working on trucks in the driveway. lol. i may be able to make it up there though.

I did just about everything to my 24v under the shade tree. I know I did the exhaust and DD3's in the yard. Oh the fun--and the parts gone missing.

So, I only saw it once but it looked like you beat Mike by a foot or two. What happened to Joey anyway? Is he still pulling?



Thinking about putting a 3500 rear and flat bed on the green one. Then the cab corner is all that needs fixin. But if you see a good long bed for sale--I might leave it be and get a dually for my heavy work. Oo.

Drove ol' smokey back up to joe's tonight. I have put everything I can think of in it. I had a 0 plate, I tried a 4 plate, I put a stock plate in it all the way back to the fire wall. It is a turd till about 2500 till it lights, then it runs good.

I mean it's so bad that my wifes truck(stock other than a 4 plate and 4,000 springs and 16* timing) would freight train it for about 200 ft. but about 201 ft. it would come by it about 30-40 mph faster than it's going. It doesnt have a chance with that converter. . I want to rev it to about 5,000 and snatch it in low gear. HEHE... ... not going to do that... yall have a good one...
