Just sayin Hi here, finally bit the bullet and bought a subsciption, guess I did that cause of the CR I am puttin the the Ferd, figured I might as well I TRIED TO BY-PASS THE CUSSING FILTER chat with the Dodge guys.

To have around to check fuel pressure on 98. 5 & 99's. That way I can keep a couple in the toolbox @ home, and in the truck.

Post your shop # here if you don't mind. A fella I work with is trying to track down someone that knows something about a 6. 0. I opened his hood... didn't see anything I recognized and told him to call you. We just can't seem to find a # for you that works. {shrug}...

i will be out at ccd sat around noon if you want to see me and ol killer. meacham is doing cpr on it as we type.

Mark, go ahead and get you a gauge to check that pressure, it is faster and easy, but i will bring one sat. to ccd.

for those of you that dont know, last sat driving to ccd the ol head gasket started leaking green kool-aid, so i took the head off while i was there an meacham is getting those little rings cut in the head.

chris newsome's truck is FAST, i drove it sat woooooo weeeeee... . he did a 150 yard burn out and it spilled all the kool-aid out of it. . (rear freez plug) at least it wasent his head this time. . chris can look at a truck and make a head gasket leak. i think that is what happend to mine, chris looked at it and it started leaking :-laf

ps i wanted to let you all know, i got a port a power, transmission jack, and a cherry picker

welcom bean, my mechanc brad is a ford man and will be glad to have someone on here he can relate with. he has been talking about getting some of your injectors for his f350 we will se you in april.

He has the 7. 3. i don't know if he would be a "good fit" in this co. if he had a 6. 0 :-laf we can put up with a few 7. 3s

Not to be outdone in the leak department, I decided to show off a little bit and leak some fluids myself.



Only mine was b/c I'm a flaming moron... I took the Mach 3's out and adjusted the valves one more time... Forgot to put the breather cap back on the timing cover and drove to Nashville. I went by Anthony Cooks place and he came out and said "man it looks like you're leaking some oil" ("some" equals about a half-quart). "Not me" I replied!! Then I opened the hood and we noticed that I had a nice heathly coat of motor oil over anything-and-everything under the hood. It's a freaking horrible mess in there.

#1 I got a gauge..... it has a schrader(sp?) fitting on the end of it , but the 98. 5's & 99's don't.



#2 Yep Chris's truck is fast, there's some video's of it on Diesel Garage I can't wait pulling season to start, Chris & I are gonna go hit all the KY brush pulls I used to do. :{ Oo.

Well I hope my transfer to the darkside is a good and prosperous one, hoping for 800 on fuel out of the bitty, it will have a blue bottle too so might have to slip a finger on the button when it hits the rollers.

What kind of box you planning to run?? Sounds like a job for TST and some other stack I would guess! Sounds like a very cool project. I know 12v rule, but the CR is going to give it a run one day in my opinion :-{}

Very cool. If you're looking at Don M's stuff, I'm sure you already know about the Smarty. Whatever eletronics you run, you might wanna test one of those out as well to see how it interacts.
