hey guys, My car lot (next to Joes shop) has not sold yet, and i talked to Joe yesterday and told him that ya'll could use it. then there would be plenty of parking. So ya'll need to GET ON HIM and make him set a date for the Jan. TDR meet. most of the burn out marks have faded away since last years meet.

Don't know which night I want to go too at murfreesboro. I'm leaning towards Friday night to see Mike and Bean pull. I kinda like the Pro Street trucks as they are closer to real trucks

I forgot to tell ya too, the I recently bought me some acreage, doing the small farm thang. Bought me a L4240 Kubota 4wd tractor with loader and box blade and stuff to use while I'm building the house and barn and what not. Had it 3 months, just turned 51hrs on it and somebody stole it this weekend. Just ain't been my year...

that sucks i hate a thief guys like us work our butts off all day , and those low life thiefs stay up all night plotting to steal from us being in the constr. busn. i see it all the time . sorry to hear it Gap.

If anybody's got a stock cam plate I can borrow for a couple of weeks I'd appreciate it if you could bring it Friday night. I'm going to get Taylor to put it on their pump stand and tune it and they want a stock cam plate.

After sleeping in and watching football, I go out to get some fuel this afternoon. Someone sprayed mud all over the back side and corner of the truck last night. So thick you can't see any of the tail light.



I laughed that off as someone being stupid. Then when I went to see if any mud was on the passenger side of the truck and I found that someone had stolen both center caps off my wheels.

Mid Tn TDR members beware of theives looking for Tractors, hub cabs, etc. .



Had a good time at the Mboro pull Friday night, probably 10 or so trucks pulled and put on a good show. I thought when the announcer said that Bean had broken every piece of drive line on his truck, that he jinxed him, cause that Ford was bouncing coming down that track, but it make a good pull. Lots of good looking trucks that night. Makes me want one!!!

The pull was great fun. Enjoyed hanging out with everybody. Hated to hear Meachum is not on here anymore. I still can't believe Nick bot beat by less than 1. 5' Saturday night. That was a GOOD looking pull! Really learned a lot listening to Van Haisley, too. That truck is amazing.



So Joe, are you taking the pistons out?

What about a Winter Meeting?



I thought I'd ask Meachum if we could have a meeting at Cedar City Diesel this year and give us a little change up and maybe let Joe rest this year. I've talked to Meachum and he's willing to let us have a meeting at his place on a Saturday, after 12:00, sometime between now and the end of February.



I'll need to know how many will come and what date would be best for you. I'm thinking February 23rd. We've lost quite a few members but we've also got some new fellas that I know I haven't met yet and would like to get the chance to do so. Talk it up, even among those that haven't been heard from on the TDR in a while. I'll try to get up a few "sponsor's" and maybe get a couple of door prizes and maybe even work on a new t-shirt if we can.
