Based on a few previous samples, my truck at 27,127 miles and a 14,003 mile OCI had a TBN of 6.1
My truck at 53,946 miles and a 13,256 mile OCI had a TBN of 5.6
My truck at 149,304 miles and a 12,284 mile OCI had a TBN of 6.6

It appears that the Delo is doing a great job of getting the water out of the oil and leaving it out of circulation by depositing it on the oil cap and rocker panel/valve cover. Either that or Blackstone is not giving accurate numbers.

TBN low value likely means there was some acid that was likely dissolved in the water that caused the milky film. I would change your oil analysis company before changing the brand of oil you're using.
Something is awry with their report????

Man you must like to throw away money ! You should stop looking at the color of the oil and get an oil analysis if you are worried. That will tell you how much life is left in your oil so you can stop wasting your money along with oil.
I owned 6 commercial semis over a 35 year career and changed oil at manufactures recommended interval my 89 was 15000 my last one a 2010 was 25000. That is an example as to how much the oil has improved. All the trucks had a half million miles or more when sold. Save your oil money and buy your girlfriend or wife a nice nite on the town. then you will get something for your money!

Except, the oil analysis techs can make a mistake.

Oil analysis is not a one shot deal. You need to do it every oil change after a few you will have a much clearer pic of what the engine is doing. There is no fluid in your oil other then oil . I would not lose any sleep over it. Used Delo for years it is a good oil . run it for 7500 and take an analysis then. if it is good take it at 15000 and compare
