here is a compalation of mods and dyno numbers i have collected some of these are you tomey
enjoy:The TTPM was programmed to offer safe pressures on level 4. This is why we never used the original Edge levels 5 & 6, and urged others not to either. On your 03 truck, the CP3 will keep up with Stage 3 injectors and the EZ without a problem. We found the limits of the CP3 was around 560rwhp with no drugs and no duration/timing changes.
Well, it's not really a CP3 limit per se, but more of a pressure limit. Without timing/duration changes, there's only so much fuel you can squirt. The CP3 can put out enough fuel for at least 620-630HP (and probably more), as evidenced by several dyno runs that Don @ F1 Diesel has done (EDM injectors, TST box, and a mile pressure box).
Also, Don has provided images of injectors that have been damaged with an EZ running at level 4. Nothing catastrophic, but enough to affect mileage some.
With my admittedly limited testing, it seems that the pressure box is more useful on the low-end of the RPM range, to "push the curve up" on the dyno, moreso than increasing the peak power (when stacked with a TST, or Juice, that is).
What would be IDEAL would be a pressure box that would fuel hard at low RPMs, and reduce down to just-above-stock levels at peak RPM (ie. where the CP3 is cranking out it's max pressure). That would give you the low-end "oomph" to get the turbo(s) spooled up quick, but back off so as not to go too crazy on the rail pressure, thereby keeping the injectors healthy.
Well even though I did not hit 500, It throw out my bag'o mods to get to 496

I just dyno'd at May Maddness, stock injectors, PDR cam & twins, TST & BD power modules. Made 587hp @ 32. 9lbs boost and 1014 on the pyro.
Actually, the 555 seems to make power easier. To get to 500rwhp, we used:
On our 03 555/HO 6-speed:
DD Stage 3 injectors
EZ module
DD turbo kit
DD pusher pump kit
Made 503rwhp
On or 04. 5/600 HO 6-speed:
DD Stage 2 injectors
Edge Juice/Attitude
EZ module
DD Turbo kit
Made 501rwhp
That being said, the 555 should make even more power when you stack a pulse/duration box with the rest of the components listed above

David Dunbar Dynoed my truck about 3 weeks ago at Pageland dragstrip . I forget to turn off the EGT defueling on the TST box and the first 2 runs were around 470 hp, he checked it before the 3rd run and it was still set at 1300*. He turned it off and my truck went 597 hp with no Tq reading. I have the TST twins program running on 4/4, The BDDL on performance mode (90hp), 40hp edm injectors and a B1 kinda sorta hybrid on top and a B2 on the bottom. I think I can crack 600 hp If I get it on the first run.
John
We made 510HP with a bullydog torque dog, 100 HP injectors and a small HTB2 on a 305/555 truck with an auto. You should be well over 534. Why would the TST make the truck defuel? I have never ran into that issue unless you have it set for high EGT's.

FASS FUEL SYSTEM,DTT CONVERTER, INPUT SHAFT AND VALVE BODY,ARTIC AIR TWIN TURBOS,MAGNAFLOW EXHAUST,RELNTLESS DIESEL CP3. To answer my box settings question, i run as follows:edge ez=level 3,the tst makes best power on level 6. As far as quadzillas claim about my truck having propane,i do not,i have had it in the past but i get to many bad side effects with it. The people at the lewisville dyno meet might of thought i had propane because of a black nozzle and hose running in my air intake, but that is part of my nitrous kit. I was too cheap to buy a kit so i built one out of some old methanol injected blower motor parts.

does anybody have a surge w/ts + tst stack? I do at part throttle with ts turned 2/3 up and tst on 5/5(old program). But compared to edge/tst stack it is over . 3 quicker in 1/4.
run all three on my 04. 5 600. For daily driving I currently run BDDL Performance program(90hp), TST(w/twins program) 2/1 and EZ on level 1. I honestly cant tell you if the EZ lowers EGTs or not, but it does help with low end. With the SPS66 turbo things are a little laggy while city driving. The EZ seems to compensate for that enough.
I don't think I would stack a TST with anything else until you upgrade the turbo. Just my . 02.

I tow religiously on TST 4/2 & EZ 1. Seems to work great for me for what ever I'm towing. Very little smoke and plenty of power to get out of my own way. I can climb 6% grades with my tt on the back (8500lbs) and never see 1200*. All that at 70mph. BTW: the last time I dynoed I did a run with this setting to see what type of numbers I had when I tow. I layed down 372hp w/ 725lbs. Not bad for my TOW settings. Espeically since it's an SO. Once I get off the freeway I do run 4/4 to help get me going a bit. But 4/2 & EZ 1 works great towing for me. I also average about 16mpg (hand calculated) with the setting and my trailer.
Alright, I've got about 300miles of tuning, driving and beating on these injectors now and I've discovered the ultimate settings with my combo. For some reason, these injectors don't really get along with the TST. Even Pier's truck was dynoed with the TST on only 3/5. When it's really cold out, the truck doesn't like the TST at all. The warmer it gets, the more I can turn it up... weird. Anyway, it was about 60 yesterday, and the best setting was CLDL on 230hp, the TST on 2/5, the EZ doesn't make a noticeable difference, so I left it on 1. This is a VERY powerful setting, but for some reason doesn't make much over 40psi. If I turn the TST up to 8/5 I get alot of "breaking up" until about 2500RPM, then it takes off like a rocket w/boost levels over 50. So ultimate competition sledpulling will be done w/ TST on 8/5.
Overall, I'm very happy with them, like I said low end power is up considerably, and throttle response is too. Driveability is much smoother. It does put off an offensive amount of smoke though, but I LIKE it... Oh and for some reason the N20 doesn't make near the difference that it did with the stock injectors... Guess I'll try a bigger jet!
With the TST on 3x3 & EZ on 2. It picks up the 12 psi lag nicely. The only thing is that this will put you border line for needing a fuel system upgrade & clutch
I'd have to agree. I have the MP-8 and tst w/ aggressive twins program. I made 487whp on 4/4 and the MP-8 @ 25%. I'm on 37" tires, they eat up 45whp, and I'm on the stock fuel system (laughs).

When I got my truck dyno'd there was an identical truck to mine there, same year, dually, intake, TST, only difference was its paint color, an EZ on my truck, and it had a "Big Daddy" sticker..... on the inside part of the window (I guess the guy needed to remind himself who he was)..... anyway, we both dyno'd and I got ~60 horses more over him with my EZ on 4.
The answer is proabably yes. In my case stacking the TST and EZ probably did not add max attainable hp, just able to get to it quicker. When I added the Bully Dog Triple Dog performance to the TST 7/7 and EZ I dyno'd about 25 hp higher. Not having the tools to properly monitor drive pressure and do any data logging with the different stack settings makes it difficult to really be positive.
BTW I have decided not to use the BDDL downloader any longer. Will just use TST and some pressure box stack. Any higher hp will have to be done with injectors, turbos, modded CP3, etc. Just my preference and . 02.
I was just wondering if anyone who has (easier/cheaper) access to a dyno has went through and tried different setting combos. I've only been on the dyno a couple times and for a limited amount of time. My settings for my sig were EZ-2/TST5-5. Just can't stop wondering if maybe an EZ-3/TST8-4 or something strange might work better.

Since you have the "twins" program, I've been told the best setting is TST 4x3 or 4x4 and EZ 2... Have fun
