im trying to guage interest in a modded valve that incorporates your stock valve, it will raise your busting pressure a few thousand psi, and your still safe.

how many are interested, i need to know before i quote pricing. thanks Oo.

I'm not ready to install or test out a new rail pressure relief valve (I haven't even run the engine in the Jeep yet... ), but I'd definitely be interested in hearing more about this if it happens...

Thanks,

Matt

What type of duty cycle are we looking at?

for now the duty cycle will be like the stocker only bursting at a higher psi and it will be rebuildable, so when that spring goes it can be replaced.

Sounds pretty good as long as it is rebuildable, so have you got a price in mind yet?

yes i do and it's a good one but the more of an intrest i get the better the price will be, i need more replies and thoughts---what do you guys think, it's kind of like what the duramax guys are doing Oo.

Now that sounds good wade! I would definately be interested in that! A bit more safety in mind than all out uncontroled pressure/pressure spikes. Count me in!

build it and sell it. :-laf You know once a couple people see others using it and having good results, they will definitely sell.

I'd be interested, Wade. I've pretty much stayed away from pressure, 'cause I didn't want to break anything, but it's time. :D A rebuildable one would be sweet.

thats what im talking about guys keep it up, yes it will eather be a brand new valve or a stock core--as you know the price jumps $350 for a new one, but it is peace of mind

Get R done! I have been waiting a while for something like this. If its rebuildable can you make it adjustable too. ? Or are you going to offer different psi rating ? Do you have any protos yet ? I might be interested in a beta test .

Heck, I will vote again, this is what I have been waiting for as well. I just dont like the idea of it beening capped, no room for excess pressure to go.

Sure there is. When pressure gets too high, you need bigger injectors. LOL :-laf
