im trying to guage interest in a modded valve that incorporates your stock valve, it will raise your busting pressure a few thousand psi, and your still safe.

how many are interested, i need to know before i quote pricing. thanks Oo.

What testing have you done to determine "Safe" levels for rail pressure without injector failure.

I have DD 90's and they say any increase in pressure could potentially harm the injectors. I'm definitely interested in this type of mod as well.

well thats a safe guess they have!! bosch tests all there stock injectors to 28kpsi for 2 hours straight, i think somewere close under that is fine Oo.

What about spikes when the motor is shut off or when you lift from a hard run?

when you lift from a hard run is going to be worse yes but a stop and go shut off would be the worst, like full on and then hard breaks--thats what will do it. it may take a while though. when you shut the motor off it does not spike as bad it will only go to say 15k then almost immedatly will go down. to zero within a minute. Oo.

well it looks like we are ready to start makeing them this week, just give us a chance to get set-up and figure out pricing then i will let you know when you can call or pm. i will post to let everyone know. thanks Oo.

for qc purposes we are building a jig that will test every valve that leaves. the pressure is up in the air, im shooting for 30kpsi. bosch says that it designed the entire fuel system ( except relief valve ) for 29,000psi constant, so that should work great. any thoughts

Perfect timing, I just got my TST with rail pressure option installed and I heard on level 9 on the twins program the TST calls for 29k at the rail... . nice...

Hook me up!!!

I just bought some injectors this week, going to send them to F1 soon...

I have a rail gauge...

Now for the new valve!

i have them going into production very soon, i will start taking orders after i finish up with the rail pressure guages, need to take care of those customers first Oo.

will this work with a stage 1 cp-3 and modded rail?, because I plan on purchasing these and getting some F-1 injectors(resist higher pressures than what I've got now) If so I would be interested, PM when your ready, I am.
