Andy, the bracket bolts to frame, the hook bolts to bracket. Mopar hooks at the dealers parts counter I believe are 139. 00 a set. Holiday Regards, Pete

Another option is a front receiver hitch. I put a draw-tite on mine for $140. I also bought a Warn clevis hitch that slides into a 2" receiver for $40. Now I have a recovery option for the front or back. Also, on the front end I will be pulling on both frame rails evenly as opposed to pulling on one side or the other. It's a simple bolt up deal. Reno Dodge so-so dealer/service... great parts dept. 95. 00+tax. Mine wasn't a straight bolt-up, had to drill (2) 1/2" holes. No big deal worth every penny #ad
