Dose anyone have problems with condensation (water) in the headlight housing?? Mine use to do that all the time, the droplets of water would scatterer the light patteren to were the headlights were darn near useless. Any way in order to get away from this I ordered new headlight assemblies, complete with turning signals and all. The replacements were not DODGE parts, they were aftermarket and looked almost the same. Only difference was they were had on a clearer front plastic, and the reflector surface was much shinny'er. I installed the high output 9004 lamps, and have been very happy with them, I can see much better then before. The one post was right about the importance of proper aiming, but DODGE does not aim all the lights the same. E. the aiming point same for all types (1500,2500,3500) trucks. They spend alot of money to have a computerized aiming device adjust each truck. And the device takes into account all factors, vehicle hight, (figured to include all options and tire sizes), weight, type. If you would like to aim your own truck properly, there is an excellent guide in the HAYNES repair manual. Also, if you are experiencing water problems inside the lens, most think it because on a crack or small air leak, but what will get rid of it is drilling a couple "small" hole in the bottom. Water will have a place to go, and stay dry.
