Motorized Flip up light bar?

While doing an errand today,I saw a new Ram 2500 with a flip up light bar. The frame was made of perhaps plastic and looked like it would direct air over the 5th wheel he was pulling. At the highest part of the housing looked to be 8" high. Then he flipped a switch and two LED lights flipped up similar to a Corvette. It really blended in well with his truck and was close to looking like it belonged there or even OEM. It was painted brown like his truck and I hope he is a member to our forum and can turn me on to who made the setup. I had something similar back in '87(first year of the Dakota,first one sold in AK) when I bought my Dakota,can't remember back that far. Of course LED's were someones wet dream back then,but the lights were pretty close in output as the aircraft landing lights I had mounted on the push bumper.
