Looking for a Garrett Stage 2 GT3782R

Hitting the 100k mark soon and decided to do some preventative maintenance and was wondering if I could get some info from the experts.

1. I need the torque value for the belt tension pulley, idler pulley, water pump, and the thermostat elbow.

2. I noticed that my idler pulley came with an o-ring, anyone know where exactly this is supposed to go? (I hate to assume anything)

3. I ordered a genuine Cummins belt tension pulley and it shipped in a sealed box, but upon inspection it has cast DAYCO brand on the hinge. Is this truly a Cummins part? Did they subcontract this out? (all parts ordered thru Geno's)

Again thanks for all the ongoing help keeping big blue happy.

Where do you park your KC-135?

Maybe in that huge dog pen where they keep all the Dobermans and German Shepherds that have attitude problems? I doubt he would have a nozzle small enough for your truck anyway. Mark

Guess there is no interest other than an aging flying gas station. I'll figure it out,

Dave, I installed new idler and tensioner pullies and belt when I put on a Fludampr. I also was puzzled by the o ring and called Geno's. The guy I talked to said he didn't have a clue and that maybe it was something that accidently got in the box. So, go figure: Two accidents? I couldn't see where one had been or one could go, so I "deleted" it. Truck has been going for a about 2k since and hasn't "blown up" yet. It would be nice to know, though. I was looking for one of our experts to enlighten us. Mark
