Did not take your statement negatively at all. All I can add is some TC's are designed for excellerating in lockup and some favor unlocking when putting the throttle down. you sound like a man that knows what he is doing and I will add that the more power you put through the transmission the more other components need to be upgraded. I have no preference over anyones parts at this time as they all have something good to offer for there intended purpose, its the marketing thing and people buying parts for something that they really probabley do not need. To build a transmission that a 600HP race truck can not break does not mean it is going to last any longer than a stock transmission in the real world of driveing, unless your putting out 600HP and then it will die at an early age too if driveing in the real world. I know of many stock auto transmisssions that have gone well over 150,000 miles pulling way over GCVW and they were pre 96 models before DC upgraded the transmission.
