Well that makes the decission rather simple; they don't have coverage in the Silicon Valley???

For those that are not in the coverage area of the LoJack system... you might check out the Networkcar bit - www.networkcar.com - might be something to use also, but might be interesting to see what type of "Error" codes are sent in with a Bombed truck.
