I went to the Washington County (NY) fair tonight and pulled, I've been there three years in a row. The first year I pulled in second low and finished 8th out of 9, the next year I pulled in 3rd low with a stock clutch, I smoked it but ended up 4th out of 14, this year I have added a SB DD clutch, a small set of injectors and had the Comp upgraded to a Drag.



The track is 100% clay, when I got there today it had just finished raining and the was an inch of water on top of the track and two inches of greased snot on top. They turned the track over and packed it down and it was harder than a brick. I pulled 5th and the guy that won last year pulled last, it's a 10,000 lb class and I came in at 9,900 lbs, I know they let the last guy slide at over 11,000 lbs in his F550 custom cruiser crew cab, he ended up 4th tonight.

1st 262. 65

2nd 253. 89

3rd 248. 25

4th 247. 38

5th 234. 10



There were a total of 11 trucks in the class, places 2 thru 4 were 6. 0 powerstrokes and fifth was a 454 gas job, there was only one other Dodge and he was 180 feet with a 2000 dually. By the way I pulled 3rd low this year again. I've got a video but it's very fuzzy and I don't know where to post it.

Redram, yes I did, got it Saturday, I hope that input shaft gets put to good use. Thanks guys, it's awesome letting out on that clutch, now I just have to get my nerves in order, today the only thing I saw was the EGT's, they were right around 12-1300 at the 250 mark and were climbing, I saw 1,400 right at the end. I never did see if I was carrying full rpm or not but I was holding it to the floor. I find myself being pretty jittery when I pull but actually tonight was one of my calmer nights. It was my fifth pull ever. This is getting pretty addicting.
