My good fortune!!

I just had to share this with my fellow TDR members. My wife gave birth to a healthy baby girl last night at 10:43. So begins the journey as they say. I can't wait until they get to come home from the hospital. G-d has truly blessed me this week. This is number two for me, but my first is 11.

Congratulations!! If I may suggest something, go out soon and buy her high school graduation present. I did that with both my kids and kept them hidden for 18 years. Then when they graduated I gave them a brand new present from the same year they were born.

yes you truly have been blessed by god. don't be afraid to believe it with all your heart. appreciate every day with your family. now that my children are 25 and 22, it seems they grew up too fast.

Thanks for the good advice. I never would have thought to buy a grad. present now. We finally got to bring her home from the hospital today. The dog is going nuts, and the cat is hiding. My son is adjusting slowly and enjoying the feeling of being a big brother.

Don't worry a bit about having a second child. You don't divide your love for them ,you multiply it!

That's wonderful news! We have two girls ages 8 years and 11 months. Your son will be a big help with the new baby.



When my youngest was born I bought a newspaper that same day and stashed it away figuring it would be cool to give her on her 18th birthday. The lead story was about the first Mars rovers landing. By 2022 I'll bet we will have astronauts living on Mars.
