Hooked it up just as TST shows... 95' w/ 47rh goes to pin 54 at the pcm the switch to ground... when going down the road and flip it on the ign fuse blows out as soon as the tc looks up... The tc only locks by it self with the pedal hard on the floor but unlocks almost immediately like the pcm senses a short then unlocks it but with the switch it pops the ignition fuse... What would cause that?

It sounds like you have the switch wired into the 12 volt feed line to the OD/TC lockup circuit. That is the wire in the center of the cable. It does not connect to the PCM except through the two solenoids in the transmission but it does connect to the engine fuse #9.

i'm hooked to the orange and black wire going to the transmission (also cut it loose from the pcm and it still blew the fuse as soon as the tc locked up... ) with out the switch the tc wont lock till full pedal is reached then it instantly kicks out like the pcm is sensing a short

You've got the right wire. It sounds like the TC solenoid coil is at least partially shorted out inside the transmission.

thats what i figured cause theres no frayed wires so the problem is inside a transmission that was so called rebuild

The solenoid could have been damaged duiring the rebuild. If part of the coil is shorted, it might appear to be working when the PCM tries to actuate it.

More current would flow when you ground it with the switch causing the fuse to blow.
