hay guys, I have a 92 cc two wheel drive ctd '

??? is the rear carrier bearing the same size as a 4x4 ? ( is the bearing houseing any taller than the 2x2 ? I just built my 2wheel drive into a 4x4 with stock springs <no lift ! I need to know if it taller or what ? thanks

I believe there the same ive never had to change mine when I converted mine to 4x4 .

Don't know about the size of the bearing, but the 4X4 club cabs had a TIB(or something similar) about spacing the bearing down a little ways to take care of a shudder from take off. I suppose it depends on how large of blocks did you put in? Have you set it up just like the factory did with a 6" block? I think Philip can tell you exactly how far to space the carrier bearing down.

Michael that is a TSB your thinking about. There was one listed for 4X4 trucks with the 6" lift blocks. You need to add a 1/2" spacer between the carrier bearing and truck frame.
