Need a good exhaust brake switch

Anyone know where to get a good low profile push/pull exhaust brake switch that will mount to my stick shift? I'm using a 2 speed axle switch that I got from a big truck shop now but its a bit large and has no mounts so I have it hose clamped on, any better ideas out there?

2001 black dually,4x4, 6 speed H. O. ,loaded up. You might want to contact BD. I have one of their exhaust brakes, and I ordered their shift-lever mounted switch. It's a push-pull switch like you described, and it came with a 2 piece aluminum mounting bracket with a center machine screw, it clamped on the shift lever just below the knob. I painted the bracket black to blend in with the shift lever.

Like Andy, I put this switch on my PacBrake. It is really handy. I ordered it from Diesel Injection Service. There are 2 different sizes of transmission shift sticks so you'll need to measure the diameter before you order.
