If that doesn't work you can get a relay and feed the switching line of the relay from the high beam line behind the headlight and connect the switched on line out to the fog light line. this is what I've done on the past few trucks and it did not cause any problems on the 2014 in case your wondering about computer or current draw issues. The relay doesn't take much for switching. 2 years in on this truck with this set up and no problems.

You need to setup the computer to make it think it’s in a different country. Basically, you have to make your truck think that it’s being Exported to Mexico/Canada. The Starscan procedures are as follows: Starscan Main Menu > ECU view > FCM/CGW > Misc. Functions > Enable Front Fog Lamp Output > Start > Next > Disable > Next > Cancel > Start > Next > Enable > Next > Export > Next > Finish
Wait, Dogpatch is in Canada with a Canadian truck!!!!! Why is this already not working? Dog, you sure they go off with high beams on? Seems you dealer would fix this without a question. SNOKING
Transport Canada rules are (more or less): fog light with park or low beams; driving light with high beams. I would expect the US rules to be the same. It can be changed with the dealer programming tool. A friend did it but he works at a dealership (here in Canada).
