You may have missed your boat on your ocean stuff. maintenance isn't warranty, it's just plain old common maintenance. I never once in my life thought or expected it to be warranty, so I don't know where you dug that comment up. Also, I have my extended warranty in front of me. I know what I have and don't have. Please tell me how you can tell me what I have and don't have??
Your comments are unreal and you may keep your ocean stuff. You seem to have vast knowledge on how to talk to people incorrectly then warranty knowledge. It's simple, if you don't like extended warranties, don't buy them. I've never been denied warranty in my life on any warranty or extended warranty. Just like I said in my original post, I feel it's cheap insurance.
Oh, and YES it does cover alot of interior items. I just looked. You may stop by your dealer and get a copy of the Maximum care coverage and educate yourself.
Just a few things interior wise that it covers; seat belts, all modules, all wiring harnesses, seat motors, seat tracks, steering column, lamps, glove box, latches and catches, pedals, switches, radio, speedo cluster, HVAC system, all motors, rear view mirror, overhead display, sunroof, gauges, and more then I want to type.
Everybody is different and not everybody wants or likes extended warranties. I happen to like them, have good luck with them and I buy them. But I do not like when people offer me comments that are uncalled for. CBRAHS, you may keep your ocean front property, be a good place for you to retire.

Earl,
I was not trying to be a smart @$$ but simply telling you and who ever reads this post that a TON of dealers tell people that the extended warranty that they are trying to sell is BUMPER TO BUMPER. Having several years experience in the service department of both GM and Mopar and calling people up and telling them that their extended warranty would not cover the defective part sucks. They get all bent out of shape, yell and scream. There are several different levels of extended warranties out there and SOME DO COVER MAINTENANCE. GM has GMPP Major Gaurd and has a provision for oil changes and tire rotations. DC has the same plan. WHat you failed to mention on the first reply is the level of coverage you had, rather simply stating bumper to bumper. I have one on my new truck and i made dam sure that it covered as much as possible, been there done that and was not going to get the shaft on some low quality warranty! As far as retirement. I am 34 years old, ALREADY RETIRED and working on a second retirement!
