Need Help! Electrical issues

2005 3500. Driving to work and the PRND2 indicator started flashing between D and 2 gear as if truck was looking for a gear. Transmission seemed to slightly slip as light on dash flickered between D and 2. Service 4wd light came on as soon as I pulled over and put it in P. Drove home. After sitting for a day it wouldn't start. Both batteries were dead (had been starting slow lately so I wasn't surprised). Installed new batteries. Transmission shop said Transmission appears to be fine but there's an electrical issue somewhere (they don't diag). Checked chassis codes. I'll post pics of codes below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P0483 seems to be related to fan clutch speed. Clutch could be failing and or connection issue in the fan harness.

Could be bad batteries as you indicated... Id start with resetting everything and the new batteries and see if it comes back.

Range sensor down at the transmission, more then likely.
I just had to change mine again because they are such an inferior quality nowadays.
It failing causes the issues you reported.
